General Instructions for Winter 2007 Registration -
Part-time Students:

Winter Registration begins at 7:30am for all students****
There are no registration appointments for Winter registration.
Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

The current Winter Schedule of Classes can now be accessed at http://www.testudo.umd.edu/ScheduleOfClasses.html. Please note that changes in the listed schedule are possible, so it is important to review this site on the day prior to registration.
Tuition/Fee Information
$70 Mandatory University winter term fee.
Tuition: $803 per credit for students admitted to an off-site campus taking an off-site course
Facility fees: $71 per credit/Baltimore, $81 per credit/Shady Grove and $165 per credit/DC
MBA/MS Charge: For students admitted to a part-time program - $190 per credit.
1st Year Part-Time Students:
No required core courses. See individual course prerequisites for electives in Testudo.
2nd and 3rd Year Part-Time Students:
May take any elective they choose for the winter term. NOTE: The part-time Case Competition is being conducted during the Spring Semester. See details under the Spring 2007 Registration website.
Winter Financial Aid:
***For the Winter term, tuition waiver and tuition remission programs are not applicable. These programs include, but are not limited to Golden ID, D.C. Consortium, Remission of Fees for staff (or their spouse/dependent children), Inter-Institutional Registration, fellowships and graduate assistantships. Questions concerning the use of financial aid for the Winter term should be addressed to the Student Financial Service Center at (301) 314-9000.***
